I prepare the sauce both with all purpose flour (maida) and whole wheat flour (atta). In this post, I have made white sauce with whole wheat flour. For the pizza sauce, here I have used my homemade tomato pizza sauce which is made from fresh tomatoes. While the dough is rising, make the sauce. For the pizza toppings I have used onion, jalapeno peppers and roasted red peppers. A delicious combination of your favourite Masala taste and the goodness of Oat Grains.



##### Instructions to make Atta Sauce:

1. Debone smoked fish and set every ingredients aside 1. Heat up oil and once it’s hot, add smoked fish and fry till it’s golden brown 1. Add crayfish and dry prawns and stir continuously for 2 mins; add boiled eggs and stir for another 2 minutes 1.
