After that dough is ready." - "Now take a cheena in plate and squash for 4 mins until it becomes soft. Then add cornflour and again mash for 4 mins. Then make small balls from cheena" - "To make sugar syrup take 2 cups sugar and 6 cup water let boil it until sugar dissolves. As it starts boiling add cheena balls one by one and keep your flame high. Cover it and cook for 10 /15 min... Stir in between occasionaly. It double in size. Now let it cool" - "Now making rabdi. Take 1 ltr milk heat them up as it started boiling add kesar strands, pista and eleachi powder to it. Boil till it bcm dense. Add sugar and let it boil till it bcm half the quantity. Let it cool on room temp." - "Now take out the balls from sugar syrup and sqeeze it and put in a plate and pour rabdi milk in plate...let the balls dipped in rabdi atleast 4 hours... Before u serve" - "Now put your rasmalai in refrigerator and serve it."
